Findon's winter of 2010 was a snowy one as well as rainy.   

The situation is best described in photographs.... a picture speaks a thousand words.   On Sunday morning, 1st March 2010, both sides of the A24 to the south of the Findon Roundabout were under water...tsunami wave alert for Findon.... here's the carriageway heading south.....
