CHRISTMAS STORIES TO MAKE EVEN SNOWMEN CHUCKLE…..

Does Santa visit Findon?  You may think this subject is far too complex to be answered  — but on this page nothing is impossible.

Here is a tale revealing confirmation of Santa’s sleigh up there on the Findon rooftops.

It's all about vital evidence, and there's actually a lot of it on the roofs of the village.  This proof has withstood the test of time, in fact, for a hundred years.

A while ago I received absolute proof that Santa's reindeer traverse the village rooftops.  Here is the scoop of the century and the undeniable truth, complete with photograph, for authenticity.

This all began when I received an email from John Stepney in Findon saying…..”I thought of you today whilst up a 30 foot ladder — I was doing a roof repair and found these tiles, you can see where Rudolph walked on them whilst the clay was wet.  They went into the kiln as normal and the prints are there now for ever.  I guess the tiles are well over 100 years old”.

Here's another festive idea that needs thinking about.  Read and digest the following very carefully before making any rash judgment. According to the textbooks, both male and female reindeer grow antlers in the summer of each year. True. The males proceed to drop their antlers at the beginning of winter, usually late November to mid December. True.  Only the female reindeer retain their antlers during the long cold winter months until after they give birth in the spring.  True.

Therefore, according to absolutely EVERY historical rendition depicting Santa's flying reindeer, each and every single one of them, from Rudolph with his red nose down to Blitzen, must have been ...yes, a girl…. because they always have beautiful antlers.

Last but not least, I should've known. ONLY females would be able to drag a plump old fella dressed up in bright red velvet all around the world in one single night and not get hopelessly lost before reaching Findon.

My stories even make the snowmen chuckle and I captured these doing a spot of carol singing outside St. John the Baptist Church in Findon.   Do not go looking for them as they scampered off into the woods when they realised I was taking their photograph.
